  • Let’s connect during the free consultation that lasts about 10–15 minutes over the phone. This gives you a chance to see if we’re a good fit and to discuss availability.

  • After completing the consultation, you can book in on our telehealth platform, Jane. You’ll be prompted to add your information there and create your account. And that’s it!
